74/365 – First walk of spring

Going for a walk is an option again. The temp got up to over 50F today with lots of sun.  It has been a long time since Jane and I could take Belle (previously introduced golden retriever) on our route through the neighborhood natural area.  All last year, we had never discovered this spot, probably because the surrounding brush and trees block the view when they get leaves again.

From this angle, it sort of looks like ancient ruins, cave paintings, some sort of ritualistic place — my mobile phone only had enough battery power left for one shot.  There are tons of boulders and rock just out of frame as this concrete creek returns to being a natural one.  That’s my metaphor for today, as I am becoming a natural person again after years of artificialness.
