332/365 – Try a duck next Thanksgiving

The warm glow of candlelight, the aromas of holiday cooking, the good cheer and companionship of loved ones, it all came together this Thanksgiving.  It was my first duck, but Dearest had prior experience.  Turns out to be a very forgiving dish, and very delicious, nicely oily with the deeper flavor than chicken or turkey.  Sage and onions (stuffed) were the only spices.
